Fantastic footballer - good defender, good in the air, excellent with free-kicks outside the box .. and has the bottle to take the winning penalty in a World Cup Final.

Yes, I was bloody angry after the Italy game - I was sitting in the stands, on that side of the pitch, right in line with the incident - but, that's football.

As Mark Viduka said after the game: if it had been one of us in the box, in the the same situation, we'd have gone down too.

Would love to see him at MVFC, but hope he goes to WSyd.
