+x+x+xJust wondering if someone could on here could help me get a list of rough average attendances for the league, the figures aren't officially listed anywhere that I've seen! APIA Blacktown Bonnyrigg Hakoah Manly Parramatta Rockdale Sutherland Olympic United 58 Wollongong Can anyone give me any idea/rough estimate please? Wollongong probably get the best, Blacktown/Melita/Sutherland are almost non existent. the rest are horrendous but looking at 100-200 figures, pretty sad. rockdale crowds usually between 500-700 wolves not bad either. if bonno were doing well they'd be ok. manly on their day can get a few punters turning up. the rest are non existant. wollongong average 800 to 1200 some of the early rounds we got around 1500

+xSydney FC docked 6 points & a fine which was undisclosed, probably fuck all hence not being released. Docked 6 points which is 24 club championship points after knowing full well Parramatta are all but relegated lol FNSW said they will be issuing an official statement within 24hrs, wait to see if anything comes of it today.

BWE 0-0 Hakoah Dominated possession around 70-30 and had all the chances, still couldn't score, we arent making finals but would prefer to finish higher up on the table even if it is a write off. Good to see that we will have some good players for next season atleast, only positive is our U20's with a side packed with long time youth players breaking into the top 5 and and 7 wins on the trot, fair few prospects in that squad.

1-0 loss against wollongong, from all reports we were unlucky, hitting the post on several occasions, however we need to take our chances. We just arent taking our chances well enough, and rightfully drop out of the top 5. Sydney FC and Parramatta are next, if anything less than 6 points goodbye semis cause after that we have olympic, manly and blacktown.

+xLAMBERT PARK UPGRADE.Our works commenced this morning with grooming, uplifting and filling in of excess of 100 tons of natural dirt infill, that arrived by shipping container earlier this week. The works will take a full three days to complete, and once the rejuvenation is completed, the playing surface at Lambert Park will return to the state of the art and majestic field, when originally installed in 2014.The natural dirt infill is manufactured in Pisa, and will cost the club in excess of $85,000.
@Todorovich Any of the NPL 2 clubs carry themselves this well or do most of them need to rely on association funds ? :D Designer dirt ?. I'm soooo impressed. Does it come with washing instructions for the strips. Manufactured natural dirt?, i must apologise for mentioning the deficiencies at this ground as I didn't realise they had GOD on their contacts list.

+x3-2 loss against Hakoah last night. Shocking display from us, we have been on the down slide for some time now, a month easy. Defensively we are a shambles, and we are missing that killer instinct at the moment. I hope Yanni Perkatis never wears our shirt again, F***en useless. Bit of wishful thinking about Perkatis, you want to hope he threw the receipt away.

Second half was ok. The first half was shocking, Rudan's gamble with 3 at the back didnt work at all. No Uskok or Markovic, Yianni playing his first game in months, Tomelic playing in an unfamiliar role on the right of the defence. It was a disaster waiting to happen.
Having said that, all the decent chances fell to us. Bouzanis pulled off a fantastic save from Nikas at 0-0 and then Payne missed an open goal at 1-0. Hakoah scored a second from the counter not long after that. We were gifted a penalty just before half time to get us back in the game.
Second half we went back to 4 at the back and looked much more comfortable. The changes all had an impact, particularly Bilic and Vranic. Let's be honest, if Bouzanis didnt pull off the save of the season from Tomelic at 2-2 we'd be celebrating our 3rd final in 3 years.
Overall, definitely not good enough and agree with you on Perkatis. He hasn't shown much since we signed him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he was playing out of position at right back, but last night he went into the middle and wasn't any better. Also gave away a penalty for Hakoah's winner.
Not gonna get any easier in coming weeks. Tricky comes back for this weekend but Uskok and Yianni are both going on holidays in the next week. That'll force Tomelic into the centre of defence and we've looked weaker whenever he hasn't been in the middle of the park. An injury to either him or Markovic will leave us short at the back until Yianni comes back in two weeks.
Next 3 weeks will make or break our campaign for the top 5. Wollongong away is huge. Lose that and it's an uphill battle.

Interesting game at Blacktown , the home side played some real good football, maybe they've found their groove, even with the injury problems and accumulated cards. How they got more cards than Sydney FC is a mystery that only the ref could explain. When one or two players put in rubbish tackles that's pretty normal , but when the whole team has that attitude that's coaching. And speaking of coaches, who was the hero on the SydneyFC coaching staff that grabbed a Blacktown under 20's player by the throat at the end of the 20's game. I can understand their frustration being the chosen ones and having the NPL 1 clubs they bled for their squads stick it up 'em, but with this sort of behaviour along with the much forgotten Lambert Park mini riot, they'll probably finish up finding more trouble than they were looking for

0-0 with BWE. Looks like it could of went either way, we came the closest with a header hitting the bar. Moving onto Hakoah this Wednesday Night in the Semi Final of the Waratah Cup.

+xLucky to get away with a draw against olympic. They missed a pen and missed a sitter late in the game from about 2m out with an empty goal.our best chances came late in the game, a couple of pressured one on ones and a few free headers over the bar. We'll be a different team next week with Canak an El Hafiane available for selection and Reid getting a full game game under his belt for the first time in a month and half. Weird kind of game. whilst Olympic were on top first half, we seemed to run over them last 20 (apart from that one decent chance at the end to them). Reidy definitely needed the game, was rusty. canak back this week who was massive for us the past few weeks. great day nonetheless, clean sheet first grade, won 18's, won 20's.

A player needs to be a free agent to be able to sign a new contract. Only way he could play on the weekend is if United didn't de-register him. going from pro to amateur means a 30 day wait from his last match and the pro window is closed. he's only able to re-register as an amateur.

Maybe big sam never de-registered him? if United de-registered him, and the Thai club gave him the clearance to leave, doesnt that make him a free agent? can free agents in the NPL sign at any time?
