It's about time that A-League referees use ground markers for free...

The South American Referees during when officiating in games use a WHITE SPRAY to indicate where the free-kick is to be taken from and more importantly SPRAY where the "wall" should be standing.........this prevents the "wall" from not standing the required distance and likewise the kicker pushing the ball a further forward from where the actual free kick should be taken.

So I think that this would be a good move by the FFA to implement this "Marking the Spot" situation by our A-League Referees during their games.

IIRC the very first game that was used was in a game with an Australian youth side in an under 16 or whatever World Cup reasonably recently.
