you know what people, the cost of heating is far more than the cost of cooling
therefore the energy required for artificial heating is far more than artificial cooling and i'd argue a large slice if not the majority of fossil fuel energy used in the world is in the heating process

therefore if all this global warming business is being caused by man's usage of fossil fuels then the problem will solve itself

warmer climate => less heating required => less energy consumed => win for mankind
