So the other day I cleared my cache because another site was stuffing up and I thought it would work. The trouble is, when I tried to get back in using my password (90% sure I am using the right one and have tried all other options) it didn't work. So I thought, ah well I will just change it with the reset my password. I then realised that I can no longer access that email due to a similar (ish) problem. So is there any other way I can access my original account or do I just have to post from this new account from now on?

I would suggest sending a PM to KA, if you haven't already (and if he hasn't seen this). Hopefully he can change your accounts email address for you, and you can reset your password afterwards.
