Nor what the apology was going to be for I knew it was for fans referring to melbourne supporters in the way they do, but I canlt recall the exact incident that kicked off the bet Mate its a brave bet. Clubs will barely stand up for fans who have been wronged let alone appologise for them to anyone but the media. Good Luck. Thanks. Your support is appreciated.:d

Could make valid complaint about that, plus they have form. Interesting. They're just calling a spade a spade. Real concern here is, why are MVFC fans so thin-skinned? Bet ya $100 I can get fc to issue an apology  Go on then Gran. Do your best. Deal. I'll post all correspondence here I have not found any of the "all" correspondence in the thread, nor in this thread. At the very least I feel like tsf should have provided some correspondence by now. In the interest of keeping our forum community great, I will set a deadline of this seasons Grand Final eve, 5:00pm. Is that fair, tsf & sydneyfc1987? I don't believe there was a specific time frame. Honestly, I don't even remember exactly what the specific context was, only that it has something to do with the use of the word "tards". I assumed an acceptable timeframe would have been a week or so, given that is usually the amount of time keyboard warriors get get their time in the sun to make a mountain out of a molehill before everybody stops giving a shit about it. But, in the interests of forum integrity, if somebody can enlighten/remind me what it was that started all this, and if tsf can be arsed trying to milk an apology out of SFC management prior to the grand final regarding whatever it was that occurred that day (nothing else), then i'm in. peace..

What's with the 'keyboard warrior' chat? There were no aggressive talk or tough guy threats. Just classic shit stirring.

And the fact this has dragged on and come back out the blue has set this up to be a landmark moment.
Good luck old chap. See you just before the GF....or maybe sooner. :)

Yeah I know, just referring to when an issue/topic arises on the internet, all the social justice zealots come out of the woodwork and bombard the relevant social media to force some type of action, often an apology or something similar. And then usually after a week or so, the faux outrage peters out and people mostly forget what they were so upset about in the first place. My point is I think your time to establish this sort of outrage discourse has passed. But good luck to you ;)

No outrage on my behalf. I'm starting to think they are the words of a man scrambling to put together one hundred smackas (not that I'm likely to ever see it)

I was apparently born with a silver spoon up my arse and got a cushy internship at Daddy's law firm the day I finished my HSC at Cranbrook College. What's $100 to me? But srsly, I'm a man of my word and I know it. Can you say the same of yourself?

Just a concerned fan, but more importantly a concerned member of the community trying to stick up for those that can't often stick up for themsleves.

Genuinely forgot to post this after the first post (was going to post a series 1 by 1 of all the correspondence, but now I missed the boat with the date I won't bother) As you can see the messages were all from well before the cut off date, but my forgetful posting (and CBF looking for all the old emails) renders me a failure. I am happy to concede defeat. All I need is for you to DM me your name, address and bank account details. Edited by tsf: 4/5/2016 11:03:20 AM
