ter great race at a great track ! How picturesque and fecking fast is it !!!! So glad the Dukes have finally won since Stoners last at PI 6yrs ago. I'm a Iannone fan more so than Dovi - so Bravo Maniac for his 1st GP win and duke 1 2. Got to say great ride hanging in there by both yamas and Marquez for 5th absolutely smashed from his offs. The speed and handling of the Dukes reminded me of back in Stoner days - really hope they get this working at other tracks, will really hot the championship up. Bring on Bruno.

And we're off. Still wet, but no rain for the last hour. Lorenzo the only rider with a hard rear tyre. Crazy shit.

Got it wrong, Rossi also with a hard tyre. Both have dropped 10+ places already.

Another good race ! Always the gamble, which tyre combo do we go. I felt for Iannone for he was fast enough but as the track dried he was a goner on wets, kudos to him hanging in there, watching some chunks let go as it kept getting warmer I thought get into the box before you find yourself flung off the bike sliding away. Rossi, well what a call at least having the rear on hards, really paid off a strong 2nd after his first win 20yrs ago same track. Crutchlow, like he said to the rest of the pack post interview, wimps lol, went hard both tyres and gains his first win ! As mentioned above not since Sheene FFS ! Whilst having Factory rides he couldn't get it together - with LCR he has gained good support and consistency. I'm rapt for LCR. I've always liked Team owner Lucio Cecchinello, pretty smart, was a good rider but felt having his own was the go. Has provided rides (with additional funding) to some top up and comers incl our own Casey back in the day. Marquez keeps banging up points despite making the wrong call - this could have been a big game changer IF he came off especially Rossi gaining 2nd. Lorenzo has failed miserably this one. Top rides also to Baz and Barbera - the Dukes took 5 spots in the top10. LUCIO CECCHINELLO LUCIO CECCHINELLO
