They really need another striker so good to see them chase someone with a high pedigree.

Wonder if 'said' striker would command Marquee status?

For years Adelaide have been signing some big name and have never signed anyone bar Ramerio for 3 games. I wouldn't be holding my breath, if I was a Adelaide supporter.

+x"Hi its Adelaide United here would you be interested in joining our club you La Liga striker?" "Nah Im good" Diego Castro came straight from La Liga to Perth and given Adelaide's Spanish connections I would think it is far from impossible that someone on the books of a La Liga side could come to Adelaide. They would not be a big name, or have scored many La Liga goals, but they will be a La Liga player in a similar way to Isaias being a former La Liga player.

I was more paying out Adelaide's tendency to talk about big name singings but never deliver.

One day Barcelona B player and I agree David Rodriguez looks to have a better record.

Good ploy Adelaide, wait till after the transfer window and see what affordable dregs are left, prolly cause you don't want to be paying people a fortune to be just training for 3 months.
Meh, who know you might find a gem

Sergio looks quite good to me , young fast and strong , knows where the goal is, would love to see him at Adelaide. I am suprised at people's nonchalantance towards to barca b .

Would prefer David Rodriguez. At least he wouldn't butt heads with Gui over his views of Catalonia lol
For the first time, but certainly not the last, I began to believe that Arsenals moods and fortunes somehow reflected my own. - Hornby
