He may or may not end up being a regular, but what he'll bring in both experience and love for the club is priceless. It's good to know that he'll now be able to finish his career at the club, as he should've been allowed to in the first place. 

Can't put a price on having a bloke who's grown up with the club and knows exactly what it means to wear the jersey. You always need someone like that in the dressing room, particularly in this day and age when clubs like United are getting further and further away from the 'glory days'. The link he'll provide between old (NSL days) and new is priceless.

well if uskok, bosnar, fraggianos, kofinas and tratt all gone, he could come in handy. theyve bought a good young defender and im guessing they want an experienced head as well. i hear theyve also signed nick olssen from apia.

Latest that I've heard is that both Uskok and Yianni are staying.

Meh, a guy at Marconi that you guys have chased for 2 seasons had some choice words to say about you blokes, but does nothing to stop your fearless leader throwing good cabbage at him. From what i'm told, the burek was not that tasty. I believe olympic were yet to offer him any souvlaki for 2017. Change of direction maybe? Strange, i thought he'd consistently been one of their best the past few years... Brother is not part of the deal. I'm told layer points are very tight for us this season.

In any event, we'll let his football do the talking, if he's taking the piss, he'll end up at United and then Marconi like the two dropkicks Branko brought in last year... Makrillos this year was there for the right reasons, put in the effort and was respected by the crowd. Same goes for any player, regardless of his background.

no other new signings for us that I am aware, im a bit worried we are leaving it late to make moves on players.

re: Marconi, Strengthening their 1st team is one thing but its been proven a strong 18's and 20's is crucial for promotion.

theyre confident from what i hear of having strong teams in all 3 grades. will most likely depend on how thw wanderers treat their second season in the comp.
players will come. a few have left due to issues with the coach. makes it tough. strong 20's from this season so maybe a few will get promoted to first grade.
