i should play for a club but never thought i was good enough. just only for school football.

and i also play 15v15 recess/lunch football game on a basketball court!....its more like 20v20 nowadays.

One basketball court??? Man. Thatd be tough. Almost pointless. We have a hockey court which we use.

We did that in 98 (world cup fever). Was like half the grade was playing on a basketball court. Don't even know what the goals were, probably the basketball ring post of something.

I play for lowly West Ryde Rovers in Gladesville/Hornsby. If anyone saw the feature on ex-Socceroos playing over35's on TWG last week, we were the team with Francis Awaritefe and Paul Okon :d

Age group? The U13 & U14 sides were rediculously out of their depth this season. Hope you didn't have to experience that.



Any idea who that speed demon who plays for your U14 side is? Fastest player in the league I reckon. Pity he has no 'end product'.

I dont actually play for a club, really should, but i play every tuesday in the indoor league and every sunday in another local league they have here. Its more you enter your own team.


In zim we used to play on a tennis court. So friking awesome. Wed have like 7 v 7. Bit more organised than 15 v 15. But yeah, you should try it, tennis court football is awesome. You dont have to use a tennis ball if you dont want, we didnt use one all the time.

I wanna get back to indoor soon, our center cancelled our league and the other centers are pretty shit so our only option is too go back to our old center and play 3rd div seniors where the over weight hacks play and they just kick the shit out of the ball, we used to play there and our goalkeeper fractured his wrist when a shot hit it.
Waht position does everyone play? I play as a center back or right back. I was capatain of our leagues rep side and was the best defender in the league. I'm not very big and rely on fast feet and being able to read play to win the ball I liken myself to a very less big and lesss physical Vidic. Our team won the league last year beating our rivals "Arsenal" 3-2 in the semis and I was captain. My mate who never played "soccer" before the season finished as league top scorer, it was samazing he was very quick and he jus used to practice and practice when he got home from school and he developed into an awesome finisher. Our rivals Arsenal are the dirtiest players ever, they all play for Bendigo in outdoor and they have awesome technique and skills and one of their players plays for Victoria but not one of them is a defender. They are all forwards or midfielders and they attacked us but I think I played the bets game of my life in the semis and we defended them awesome and when we went on the counter attack their loss of defence showed.
