+xCootamundra will probably be fine for the Rhinos. Wagga City Wanderers played a few games there at O'Connor Park last year when it was too wet in Wagga. The ground in Temora used to be alright as well, which is slightly closer to Griffith if the Rhinos get to choose. "Mutual venue, midweek fixture" is what I've been told, so.. I think they are going for Cootamundra, depending on lighting requirements. Otherwise, probably Wagga.

I'll be heading to Sutherland v Fraser Park tonight, should be an interesting game, a struggling NPL 1 side against an undefeated NPL3. We should be too good however Fraser will come out firing one would think.

Nine of the grounds in Cootamundra probably have good enough lighting for night games, so I guess that Rhinos game will have to be in Wagga.

The Magic and randomness of cup football on display in Victoria tonight, not surprising considering the conditions in Melbourne today, knights and oakleigh gone, and south a wonder save from the keeper away from going to extra time.

Fraser Park have a great chance now to go all the way and qualify. Embarrassing for Melbourne Knights, the tide is turning in melbourne, when it comes to the croatian backed clubs.

The best chance we had to qualify for the round of 32 and we fucked it up royally. Disappointed would be an understatement. It's easy to blame the coach but the players also need to look at themselves as well.

Live Draw and Number AllocationThe Westfield FFA Cup Round 7 Draw will be streamed live from 12:00pm Friday 5 May and will have live updates via FFV’s social media channels ( Facebook.com/footballvic & Twitter @footballvic). Each Club will be allocated a Draw Ball number based on alphabetical order of Club names and will be released prior to the live draw. FFV kindly requests that each club have the following club associates attend the draw at FFV Head Office and arrive by 11:45am: Head Coach (if unavailable then Assistant Coach) Club Captain (if unavailable a Senior/notable club player) Club committee member or Media Coordinator It is asked that the Coach and Player wear Club attire (i.e. Club polo/tracksuit) as FFV will be conducting interviews post draw. Please RSVP with the nominated club associates to Teo Pellizzeri (Media & Communications Manager) tpellizzeri@ffv.org.au by 3:00PM Wednesday 3 May. Fixture Confirmation:Each Club drawn as the home side (listed first in the fixture) must provide a venue and kick off date/time preference to competitions@ffv.org.au by 9:00AM Wednesday 10 May. As the fixtures are scheduled for mid-week, please note that the following options subject to FFV approval: Tuesday 16 May Wednesday 17 May Thursday 18 May Tuesday 23 May Wednesday 24 May Thursday 25 May To maximise the public interest and attendance, each Cup tie will be fixtured on standalone days as approved by FFV. Live Broadcast GamesClubs are reminded that Football Federation Victoria will be broadcasting all four (4) Round 7 ties live on Facebook. In accordance with competition rule 26.3, FFV has been approved to live stream preliminary rounds by FFA and Fox Sports. Some clubs have streamed matches between Rounds 1-6 without going through the official process of being approved by FFA and Fox Sports, however in the interests of practicality FFV has not enforced this rule on clubs strictly and has elected not to report instances of unauthorised broadcasting. Now at the Round 7 stage with increased national scrutiny clubs are reminded that the Westfield FFA Cup Competition Regulations are to be adhered to strictly. This means only FFV will stream the Round 7 games live. Participating clubs will be able to receive the footage via transfer to external HD after each match.

Id like to see the ffa or ffv or fox punish clubs for live streaming. If they were smart fox should give clubs money to advertise on their live streams.
