What is the point of reading this forum when people are just making up quotes or putting words in the mouths of officials and writing them as headlines? I come on here for news and discussion not to read people make up what they think are funny headlines. Sort it out.

Fair point. We're not journalists, but you can't just put words in someone's mouth.
