+x+x+xIs the Sydney United v Bonnyrigg White Eagles game still closed off to the general public and only open to members? If so have there been any rumours as to when it'll be back to normal where anyone can simply buy a ticket and show up? Such a waste to have this game pretty much played behind closed doors. back to the public? i wouldnt hold your breathe, it's just sheer laziness. Football NSW set a number of rules criteria for this match, so if the game was open to the public it was cost the club ten's of thousands of dollars, so thats why its behind closed doors. Game is on saturday 2pm, members and season ticket holders only. Notice how there wasn't a statement before the last game about how to purchase tickets nor is there one this week 3 days before the game? It's open doors their just not advertising it to keep it quiet only way to find out is rock up i guess

Leichhardt Oval confirmed for the Grand Final venue. Went as a neutral to the last one, great venue & plenty of room for the kids to run around. 9th September. https://nplnsw.com.au/2018/07/17/npl-nsw-mens-grand-final-venue-announced/

wolves and apia 1 all apia scored in extra time to grab a point. Again wolves defence was great as it has been all year we just can't score goals.

Massive weekend at the top and bottom ends of the table coming up.
Bonnyrigg vs Hakoah in what is essentially a relegation playoff. If BWE dont manage to get more points than Hakoah across all grades they'll be struggling to avoid relegation in the final two rounds given they're away to APIA and Manly.
At the top, APIA v United is our chance to put some massive pressure on both APIA and Olympic. A win puts us right in the fight for the Premiership, any other result leaves us battling Blacktown for 3rd. Final two games for us are against Manly (H) and Olympic (A).

+xshit needs to go ASAP... no other fucken country in the world can you be 10 points ahead of the relegation zone & go down it was one of the proposed reforms which have been shelved for a year. IMO CC is a good idea to ensure clubs place focus on their younger senior grades, but maybe change the weighting. at the moment you get x1 for 18's; x2 for 20's and x4 for 1st grade. id make first grade x5.

Clubs shouldn't need to have a CC to ensure their 20/18's up to scratch - this should be a given full stop IF you wish to have future good players coming through to play 1st levels. It is what is but its about to go finally. At this stage Bonno likely down to 2 Parra likely down to 3. Fraser likely to State.

Fantastic, not like we've got any important fixtures coming up. Really difficult to take our competition seriously when players come and go as they please.
This isn't directed at Adrian personally, hope he does well. But it highlights the problems with the footballing landscape in Australia - particularly in the NPL.

Fraser Park's TD and Head Coach are gone. Since the start of the season, they have replaced all senior coaches and the TD.

Well, Jenen had a tuff start I guess and Fraser down all 3grades. Went to see APIA United game. Couldn't believe the score by HT. United worked their butts off the 2nd and had much more ball but couldn't finish off enough, Sim was in good position many times to release the ball earlier but either held it too long or wrong option.

Well after reviewing the photos from FNSW FB page, it was actually an APIA player who handled in the box. The refereeing standards in the competition are piss poor. i am not saying it would of changed the final outcome, but a big point in the match.

+xBonnyrigg relegated. 36 points behind Sydney FC in club championship. Still mathematically have a chance... but they'd have to win all 6 fixtures and hope SFC dont win any. Never going to happen with BWE having APIA away as well as SFC's 18s and 20s being too strong to not pick up any wins. The only small positive from their perspective is that promotion is likely to be based on the first grade table next year. It'll be much easier to buy your way back into NPL1 without having to worry about what your 18s and 20s are doing.

Sad to see Bonnyrigg going down from what they have produced over the last 10 years. Central Coast or Mount Druitt look favourites to come up, not sure who I would rather.

Ref made a blunder with the disallowed goal. It should have stood. Doubt it would have made a difference as United were otherwise thoroughly outplayed. 4-0 at halftime and could have been more. APIA are in a purple patch and scoring for fun. The second half was a training run for both teams.

As much as it pains me to say it, I suspect Mt Druitt will be the ones going up. CCM are only 7 points ahead in the CC after losing to Canterbury over the weekend, and they face Mt Druitt this weekend. After that CCM play North Shore Mariners, St George, and Hills United while Mt Druitt face Spirit, Parramatta, and WSW.
