It could see the end of biased officiating due to coaches influence.
Actual refereeing to the LOTG and deal with dissent/abuse appropriately.

Plus I don't think Kate J will take any crap either.

We got lucky from the sound of it. He will definitely be an asset to refereeing standards here.

In the games I have seen him in he has made shocking decisions that felt like he was biased against Australia. 

Of course I don't have any proof that he was biased, but neither do you with the above accusations re. Australian referees.

When they first set up the FT referees panel the talk on here was of $100k per referee.
