Showed heart to fightback with only 12 men but the problems lie in the first 54mins with full team in the field.

It seems to me that Flanagan is getting schooled by a rookie in Averillo, and guy who is finding himself out of position in Katoa.

Hoppa also making poor decision and snow as a snail in the centres.

Sacking the board and coach at regular intervals, gets us exactly where we are.

The team showed a bit of fight, it will not improve until the coach sacks a few duds.

Flanagan and Hoppa were the most disappointing this game.

The Hetherington send off just unfortunate, penalty and report everytime, but his reputation got him sent off.

Fans just have to tough it out as best we can, the coach should get a minimum of 2 seasons.

The halves should be doing a better job of organising the attack, we can start there.

Same guys here, IMO service from dummy half and defence was much better with Topine on.

Flanagan's first half kicking game makes Corey Hughes look good.

The Cows would have had time to roll a joint and smoke it everytime Hoppa got the ball.

Napa is still a dud, but a least made an effort.

Odgen is disappointing, great forceful carries, but clueless in defence.

The poor ends to our set of 6's are compounding our problems - and I blame Flanagan.

We simply cannot put the opposition under pressure to cause any mistakes or fatigue them. It also saps our confidence levels. 

Over to you Barrett. Lewis should be available and should waltz into the team. I wouldnt mind seeing Wakeham with him and Averillo in the centres in the place of Hoppa

Just saw on News sport Mitchell absolutely elbowed aim but stayed on , Holmes did an amazing flop and came back on but Hetherington gone .  

The absolute BS from Flanagan pre season that he can't wait to lead the team around the park is astounding and every week going by sees why Trent Robinson is laughing.
Poor Hoppa has gone backward.
Dogs had a chance at 24-18 and Hoppa, with a SOO winger in Cotric on his outside thinks that Chris Smith might do the job and steps back inside and ball is lost. Unbelievable.
When was the last time outside backs were offside in a bomb? Unbelievable.
Very poor middle defence, Ogden in particular.
Once Granville came on they were exposed especially with 12 men. Although his try was from a forward pass.

Having suffered another disappointing week, as a 60 odd year supporter I will never give up.
Barrett, unfortunately has the job of resurrecting the Dogs. 
It is obvious that some players on view today are not up to NRL 2021, but watching Topine and some others that will come through along with some signings gives me hope.

nodster, it must be an age thing because I saw exactly what you did. Our last try would have been given every time....... since when has the ref bothered about centres being offside (if it's not blatently offside) and yes Granvilles try was off a forward pass. The cows were gifted with that win but we should never have let the game be so close that the whistleblower could have an influence in the outcome. Before Hetheringtons send off I saw a lot of lazy, dumb footy being displayed by our blokes and yet with 12 men we come to life. Over to you Baz.

ODF, it was clearly offside but I blame Cotric.
He knew Flano was getting the ball. He needed to make sure he was on side. Pure and simple.

We were gifted one last week against the Storm when DWZ was offside also. 

I don't know why our guys cant judge their runs. It's one if many many problems this team has.

It all comes down to the IQ level of the team which currently sits at zero, but I'm checking to see if the measure extends into the minus category....

I think we need the black dude from Happy Gilmore to come and work with the team. 

He needs to find the teams happy place and get them to think about it before they run on the field.

Gees Marki there's no need to stick the knife into them. Just think if you were a player you are under the pump there's 5 minutes left on the clock you are a fair way from the kicker when the kick goes up and there is a chance to score and possibly put into golden point... come on dude, you haven't got time to get the slide rule out to see if you are millimetres in front of the kicker and contrary to you view of the play I don't think he was offside and if you think he was then explsin why every flat pass is not called forward because it's the same deal.

The play  Hoppa screwed up started with a poor option to pass to Hoppa.
The ball should have gone Smith, the cut out just reduced our overlap.

Hoppa should have passed to Cotric straightaway.

Hoppa just seems slow in every aspect of his game.

Hopefully Baz is smart enough to recogise the dud players that need to be moved on.

He has mentioned our end of sets 2 weeks in a row, and bad kicks from Flanagan featured both weeks.
Failure to build pressure with the kicking game, leads to players forcing low percentage passes.

In attack we look better when they halves link up or when Averillo is involved.
Topine seems to lift the energy levels.

This season we need to give more young players a run ASAP, and try a few options.
Lots of the team are putting in, we need to get rid of the duds.
