Marconi 1-0 Sutherland. Again we bow out in the early rounds, had a man sent off on 33rd minute, was always going to be difficult to get a result, took them to extra time but couldn’t hold on for the shoot out. We will qualify for the RO32 one day 😂

Mostly money, hard to offer what other clubs do. Also retaining players, each year we tend to make a couple decent signings but the players don’t hang around either because the changeover from coach or better offers.

Is it generally a well run club or is it basically just money that impacts on the ability to keep players?

It’s run alright, could be better with more people involved I feel. we are good in the youth, which is a mix of having a strong area to pull from but also our youth is run well. I think not having a long term coach has had a lot of players come for a season then leave, Palapanis had a strong squad when he took over, he then left to Olympic with half the squad.
