In recent years he’s never gone in with a squad/budget more than as good as others. Do you have any idea of the mess they are in squad wise ? The what’s left of the present squad lost the league by 25 points. Of course but do you really think the likes of Livingstone are going into the season with a squad on par with Celtic? do you think Livingstone will be the team they need to beat to win the league? So he’ll at worst have the second best squad and still 2 or 3 times better than any other squad/budget. Ok. second place is a failure in a two team league I am not saying anything about where he will finish I was just saying he will not have many excuses to not get results pronto as he will have a better squad than 90% of the league ffs

Don’t think Ange will be phased by people thinking he is not up to it, when Ange took the Brisbane job his nsl success was laughed off and most just saw it at as a desperate decision from a club that was borderline folding, hell i remember the first interview Ange gave on fox sports news after being announced Brisbane coach and the host straight out asked him if he believed he was good enough to coach in the A league - Ange could barely keep a straight face.
Whilst nobody can guarantee he will be a success at Celtic, the way these Celtic fans are carrying on about not getting Eddie Fkn Howe is laughable.
