Chinese Taipei beat Hong Kong 2-0 in a friendly.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edA7pKmiJro
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Guam flogged Bhutan 5-0. I noticed Daniel McBreen was an assistant. Pakistan v Cambodia later on in Doha. Honda should make it through but Pakistan will want to create history.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Just reading now about the Sri Lanka cancellation. Quite unfair they didn't even get a chance at a replay.

What a shame Bhutan missed out this time. Macau beat Sri Lanka. Macau away would be very easy to do with proximity to HK.

+xSri Lanka v Macau - 2nd leg latest, FIFA officially cancels the World Cup match between Sri Lanka vs Macau on Tuesday June 11th. With the official announcement by the Macau FA to FIFA of their decision not travel to Sri Lanka, FIFA has now officially cancelled the above match which was to be played tomorrow Tuesday June 11th in Colombo. Earlier , Macau FA has requested FFSL to consider playing the above match in a neutral country citing security concerns after Easter Attacks. However, Sri Lanka Football Authorities stand firm to confirm that Sri Lanka is safe and as normal as before and special security plans were put in place to play this game . Sri Lanka Football wanted to use this occasion to show the world that “Sri Lanka is ready “ to host any international events and to stand together with all communities as one to show solidarity to sports. It was a effort to show everyone that Sri Lankan are still living in harmony and peace with each other except few isolated minor incidents. Sri Lankan National Football Team Will now advance to the group stages , but will have to wait an official decision by FIFA in few weeks. FFSL is on right track in taking the game to next level slowly and steadily. Progress of the National Team was remarkable and it was seen a gradual development in the team . FFSL will make official announcement once the decision of the match results is announced by FIFA , and the match for tomorrow is officially cancelled. Match Commissioners and other Officials who are here will cut short their visit and return today to their respective countries. President Anura De Silva net with FIFA Officials and thanked them for their support. He also thanked all staff and LOC for their tireless work . General Secretary Jaswar Umar , who is currently overseas also showed his appreciation to all staff and LOC. source - Football Federation of Sri Lanka facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/FFOSL/ I don’t understand why Sri Lankan qualifies can’t they play it at neutral ground?

+xAs Sri Lanka is the lowest ranked team in all of Asia (Ranked 202 in the world as of April 2019) whoever plays them in the 2nd round could expect a cricket score (for comparison American Samoa is ranked 190). But [playing in Sri Lanka would raise some serious security concerns too. In fairness, a cricket score would be appropriate for Sri Lanka.

Asian Qualifiers: Malaysia 7 - 1 Timor-Leste - YouTubeEast Timor without their ring-ins making Malaysia look like 2011 Barcelona. Malaysia would pack out the 87k Bukit Jalil National Stadium for a game against Australia, would be a terrific away trip.

Macau have pulled out of qualifying citing security concerns in Sri Lanka, after winning their home leg 1-0. Sri Lanka qualifies for round 2 with a 3-0 result awarded for the second leg. https://www.sbs.com.au/news/football-macau-not-sending-team-to-sri-lanka-due-to-security-concerns

Macau lead 1:0 over Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka lost to Bhutan 4 years ago. Somewhat surprising they're even poorer than these tiny places.
