+xVal reporting that a number of young South Australians are on the verge of moves to Europe. Dom Costanzo is off to Italy, South Sudan international Kur Kur is off overseas as well as a another unnamed Adelaide City player. Kur is a very good player. Very surprised no A-League club went for him.

Marco Arambasic (2003) from Hakoah has signed for KV Mechelen in Belgium, the club at which his dad Zlatko had 3 spells.

+xWellington have signed Luka Prso. Good signing. I reckon he's got potential, based on his last season with the Jets

Matheus Moresche has left Geylang International, and the club has said "good luck at your new club" in their announcement. Wonder if he'll be announced by CCM in the coming days.

WSW have signed Spanish keeper Tomas Mejias.
Margush very unfortunate, there’s definitely worse keepers getting a game every week.

Two goalkeepers at Macarthur now who have had serious problems with concussion, both are probably one bad concussion away from thoughts about retirement. That's a serious issue.

+xPatrick Flottmann has signed for Northeast United. is this the ISL team? seems totally random if its true. I would have thought he would be a good back up to an A league team. Some of those old bloke visa players littered throughout the ALM will not cope with the summer comp. On the other hand he was wasting his career at SFC. I see Swibel has left for another scholarship contract with WSW. on a scholarship at 22 turning 23. time is running out or has already run out for him. other younger players are getting more minutes and have higher ceiling.

Yep the ISL team. And that’s exactly why Sydney let Swibel go, Patrick Wood is younger and better than him.

And they just signed two very good young strikers to their NPL first team: Zac Sapsford and Ben Gibson. Both have more potential than Swibel.

Watched Manly utd recently to check out the Ben Gibson hype.... the kid showed great football intelligence with flick on passes etc but otherwise looked very raw.

He's raw but still only 17/18, while Sapsford is only 19. Sapsford is another Hakoah junior (replacing Swibel lol) who scored some really nice goals this season. Former Joeys rep and has been abroad for a while.

Brisbane have signed former NZ U23 keeper Aiden Mumford on a short term deal. Is one of their keepers under an injury cloud or is Holmes just really bad?

+xBrisbane have signed former NZ U23 keeper Aiden Mumford on a short term deal. Is one of their keepers under an injury cloud or is Holmes just really bad? haven't heard anything about injuries but holmes has not had any minutes in preseason so may be carrying something. if moon was unsure of holmes quality then why have a short term deal with Mumford. the team would be no-where near the cap and he cant be on much cash so why not bring him in permanently? my guess is injury.
