squad in
-----------------------redmayme-------------------------- ----------JCP---Popa----Matthews------Grant-------- -----------------Hollman---Caceres--------------------- --------------------------Sena------------------------------ -------------costa----kilmala-------lolley-----------------
The squad kinda typifies some of the issues with getting attacking players developed in the a league era. The a league is roughly league 1 or ereste divisie level in quality, yet it is probably easier, if not for visa issues, to get game time over there than here. Segecic is on the bench and I'm guessing bodalato will be benched for mata. Younis also had to go to the ereste divisie to get a run

I took a bit of a dive and they have alot more clubs and competitions than I thought... I always though they where anti football and only participated in boxing and basketball... go figure. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_football_clubs_in_the_Philippines

+xDidnt realize usa did the same? They would have done it much, much earlier. NASL was always a closed league through it's formation in the late 60's until it folded. Although, on the flip side of the coin, there never really was a nationwide league structure before that at all, so would be hard to theoretically freeze clubs out until that point.

+xOut of interest, what were the Ethnic teams that were frozen out of the NASL/ MLS . If your question is sincere there is a fascinating read for you: https://soccerhistoryusa.org/asha/ethniclegacy.htmlAt least in Australia the "effniks" managed to get a national competition together despite absolutely NO INTEREST from the dinky di Aussies.... our American cousins faired much much worse and have every right to be even more bitter.. Meanwhile pretty much 80% of clubs in South America and Asia are "effnik" in origin yet somehow managed to survive the cull. "Consider the list of champions from any of the ASL seasons into the 1960s and you’ll find the Kearny Scots, New York Hakoah, New York Inter and Philadelphia Ukrainians, among others. Ponta Delgada of Fall River, German-Americans of Philadelphia, Schwaben of Chicago"

This is my US club of choice (have a cousin involved) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panathinaikos_Chicagobut there are literally thousands of clubs all over the US t
