So Vince Young, the player who decreed the Eagles were a dream team, just threw the interception to end their season. Very fitting.

Too many changes around the team. Michael Vick isn't familiar enough with his offense and the Eagles D has always been iffy. I did expect them to at least make the play-offs though.

Vince Young is decent for a back-up QB, but his attitude doesn't match his skill.

Donovan McNabb has the same problem. He'll end up at the Redskins next year IMO.

Backing Titans, Bears, Falcons, Raiders, Broncos, Pats, Steelers, Bucs, Jets, Ravens, Cowboys, Packers, niners, saints, chargers.

Back at the Redskins for McNabb? You reckon?

They should be the number 1 seed in the NFC IMO. With a decent coach and that squad they will be.

There is a small team from Green Bay which I'd say are the most deserving of the NFC top seed tbh.

Interesting stat I read today. Since 2000, Andy Reid's Eagles have failed to make the playoffs just twice.

Hardly. Packers are easily a better team. And don't forget that the Eagles could well lose DeSean Jackson, Jason Avant (Who dropped two TD passes to make Young look so bad on the weekend) and Jamaal Jackson in the off-season free agency.

There's also some massive names up on free agency in the WR slot this summer. DeSean Jackson, Vincent Jackson and Wes Welker all spring to mind.

I think Wes will stay in New England. At least I hope so. He's got one of the best quarterbacks in the league to throw him the ball and the team are always contenders.

Tim Tebow  I don't know how he does it. Good effort with the pass today though, averaging 20 yards a completion with a 66% completion rate and two touchdowns.

Well that sucks.
The Packers stock issue goes ahead tomorrow, Dec 6. Unfortunately, the offering will be limited to persons in the United States, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Damn! Could have been an NFL owner.

There were some shocking dropped catches in that game. We dropped 7 of them! Crazy. Hope we don't have that problem next week, especially with Starks out. Brandon Saine stepped up well, but we need a BIG RB in this year's draft - one of your Brandon Jacobs or LeGarrett Blount type players. Hell maybe trade Grant for one of them... :-k

Pretty happy with that result, very rewarding win and we're getting closer and closer to that big 16. If we win next week I think we'll have a crack at it. But there's not a lot to play for over the next couple of weeks except fringe players pushing for play-off spots.

I find it kind of ironic that last season it was James Starks replacing Ryan Grant and making a name for himself in the play-offs. This year it could be Brandon Saine replacing James Starks...

Pretty disappointed I can't get in on the stock offering.

Yes, but if you've learned anything in the last couple of seasons it's that NFL = Not For Long. Money talks, and if a side with a decent young QB came knocking (Colts will free up a lot of money losing Manning next year and will want to give Luck some talented and experienced targets, Jets would take him in a heartbeat for 3 WR sets and push buress down the order... and North Carolina need a player to make plays out of those open Newton passes) then maybe I think he'll leave.

I'd rather lose like that than lose 80-115 because three of your players were injured in the first half of their games.

Griffin III is a great bloke. Deserved winner of the Heisman. Will that now ensure he will be the second QB taken in the draft behind Luck?

I could be wrong, I don't think he has the pure passing ability that NFL scouts look for.
