In my opinion he has been your best player for the last few years.

The thing with Jack is although technically he doesn't match Cesc, he is much better physically, and has the ability to run with the ball and carry it past opponents.

Yep, reminded me of Cesc as well. Think Jack could be just like Cesc and start his career deepr in midfield but flourish further forward. I'd say that is probably our best line up and then at other times with Cazorla going to the left Poldi dropping out Theo on to the right and then Giroud upfront.

As for who it will be, it's hard to guess who it would be but it's not as if there's a big group of players to choose from. I mean realistically it could be anyone of Jovetic, Benzema, Cavani, Goetze and maybe Falcao. Apart from that it's hard to think of anyone else really.
We've also apparently been offered our old favourite Yoann Gourcuff for 3m and we're apparently very interesting in Mohammed Diame. Can't see Goetze leaving Dortmund.

We've also apparently been offered our old favourite Yoann Gourcuff for 3m and we're apparently very interesting in Mohammed Diame. Saw those, if we can get those 2 for under 10m then its great business by Wenger. Gourcuff is still young enough to turn his career around, and has obvious talent, and could be a massive hit at Arsenal. Diame will be our true successor to Viera if we can get him. Yep, those 2 for under 10m would be great. Diame for 3.5m would be a ridiculous bargain and would be great in our midfield. Him next to Arteta with Jack ahead of them would be a dream. Although that would all depend on who this 30m mystery man is and if we get him. As for Gourcuff, who knows if he could get back to his previous form, he just needs someone to have some confidence in him, and for 3m it's a risk worth taking. Arsene and Yohann's dad are really good friends, so who knows that could help.

I doubt we could get Falcao for 30 mill. The big guys like Madrid and PSG are in for him so he will be way over inflated. Anyone who has been mentioned would be a godsend though.

Arsene wrote:"We're working very hard to get something done. Will I spend big? Yes of course. It doesn't depend on money, it depends on talent." Rumour is that it is someone we've been in for before. Out of a potential shortlist: Goetze, Schweinsteiger,Jovetic and Benzema are all 30m players. And AFCamden is pretty much confirmation these days.

Rumours going around that we are in the process of making a 30 million bid for an unknown player. Confirmed by AFCamden if we consider that a confirmation these days.
The first names that come to mind for who it could be are Cavani and Goetze. But I don't think either would want to come here given they have both said they want to stay at their clubs for a few more years. So if it's one of those, theres no reason to get excited as they won't likely happen. Either would be amazing though.

Glad to finally in the end get the win we deserved and could not think of a player more deserving of getting the winner than Jack. There are no words left to adequately describe the love I have for him right now. He showed this morning that he should be the one playing behind the striker and not Santi. Liked the look of Santi out wide tonight, and with him being so good with both feet he's a great weapon to have on either wing.
Nice little confidence boost ahead of Chelsea on Sunday. Absolutely agree, it's disappointing that we didn't finish more of them but frankly this is the best performance I've seen all season. Jack Wilshere, absolute masterclass from him. I liked seeing le Coq (probably our only natural ball winning midfielder) and Diaby in the middle, added some mettle to the side. Yeah, was disappointing we weren't up 3 or 4 in that 2nd half but at least we were getting into those positions to score, that's the hard part, the finishing is the easy part to fox and fine tune. That 2nd half performance is close to if not the best we've had all season, players working hard for eachother, lots of movement and players willing to shoot, was great to see. Also good to see Diaby get through another 80 minutes seemingly unscathed. Thought him and Le Coq were good in the middle.

Yes I think that without any serious change, this may happen. It's a serious concern. What's to stop this in the future? As for the big money signings, I'll believe it when I see it. BBC gossip page hasn't been reporting any Arsenal rumours outside of Walcott for more than a week now. It's disappointing to see M'vila and Remy go. I forgot to mention Gibbs will be 27, Ramsey will be 26 and no doubt Joel Campbell will be 24 and the best Striker we've ever seen (move over Bendtner). Its pretty clear to me that this is the heart of AW and the boards plan. They may add a bit here and there but this is what they are going for.
