As i said in my last post in this thread the actions taken say more about the mods and complainants than those who were making polls. :lol: That is a :-({\|= worthy comment. I think if you look back my feedback was not to complain that polls should be banned but that something must be done to limit the amount of stupid polls by relatively new forumites so that things don't get out of hand. I still maintain that if there was an easy way to limit polls to those people with over 500 post count then things would be much more civilised. If that is 8 polls on the front page then all is well with the world because something was done. congratulations you got your wish. If the 500 post limit was put in place you would just get people like me spamming the place with QFT and +1 and :lol: till the mark was reached. and then the polls would continue. you would have achieved nowt.
