Have to say congrats, it is a deserved title win, been the best team. I can sort of understand the bitterness you lot have had to us over the years, it's not easy to see you do well
As good as Liverpool have been though, it shows just how much luck plays in winning the title. Some of the things that fell Liverpool's way last night was written in the stars.

Insane. Was a wreck during the game.
Feel bad for Hendo - he'll be a big miss. Shocking tackle but it wasn't malicious, just desperation.
Sturridge might be out for a while too with hamstring problem. Leaves us light on the bench for the next few games but the XI should still be alright. Lucas and Allen in. 4-3-3 with Sterling, Suarez, Coutinho in attack and Allen Lucas Gerrard in the middle.
Need Luis to score his customary 3 goals v Norwich. Can't deal with another tight game.

As I said shame for Hendo........ Even though citeh had us under the pump we certainly blew quite a few potential attacking raids that might have been. Luis again wasn't 100% - tripping over the ball many times 1st half. Sturridge running in the box should have passed left to an open Suarez another time. Have to say what an effort by the beast Skrtl - glancing header was perfect ! his last man tackles were game savers, anyone notice his self physo pump up start of 2nd half ? he has lifted his game no doubt about it. Sakho did his job overall - 3/4 into the game got a bit lost but overall he put in job done. Johnson ? wants to catch up own goal tally of Skrtl's ? nah only joking unlucky that was ! The game saw the coming of Raheem thats for sure ! Yer imno that was nerve racking and loving it at the same time, SG's post match huddle had me near on tears as well  His post match interview on Fox was epic [-( and hearing BR's you could see he would have loved to just jump up and down chanting over this win :p :d

-PB Gerrard winning a title is the only positive thing about Liverpool winning it. Deserves it. Legend. The term Captain Fantastic is as apt as it's ever been. Every win takes us closer and it means more and more to him. It's exciting times for us but there's still that voice in my head going "they're going to fluff it when you least expect it, this is Liverpool". Makes me very wary of the Norwich game, especially with Henderson out but I guess Lucas will come straight in. But it would be just typical of Liverpool over the years to win the hard game and then get held to a draw against a desperate Norwich. Sturridge and Hendo out leaves us a bit thin on the ground if we have to go chasing the game late on. Maybe Moses can do something useful :-k Damn our squad looks thin with a couple of players out. Makes you realise how lucky we've been with injuries compared to the likes of Arsenal.

Yep, definitely exciting but I'm just as nervous. We still need to win all of the next 4 games, still a lot that can change in 4 weeks. The Norwich and Palace games concern me the most. Hendo is a big loss, although as you say Lucas can come in - Joe Allen too. Hopefully Sturridge is only a minor injury.

I'm mostly concerned about the Norwich game - we've just played the biggest game of our season and come out victorious, the players letting their guard down could be a problem, especially when Norwich are battling for survival and we're missing two key players. Hopefully Palace can win when they play West Ham and all but assure their safety so they don't have anything to play for when we meet them. I'll sleep a lot better if Sunderland can park the bus and steal a point on Wednesday.

Honestly, Sturridge out isn't the worst thing. He hasn't played that well recently and we did well just fine with just Suarez as the target man earlier in the season.
If he's fit play him, but we have so many goal threats it isn't that bad.
Much more disappointed hendo will be out for 3 weeks :,( no one has his engine
--------------------Suarez Coutinho-----------------------Sterling -------------------Allen ----------Lucas---------Gerrard Flanno---Skertl---Sakho---Johnson ----------------Mignolet
Who's your MOTM btw? Toss up between Mignolet, Coutinho and Sterling. All fucking superb but I'll give it to Mignolet. Did amazing in the most nerve racking position.

Sturridge's form declining a little is probably a good thing, it allows other guys to prove their worth in the team and also gives teams other things to think about when we play them so it'll give him more space when he comes back. Quote:Who's your MOTM btw? Toss up between Mignolet, Coutinho and Sterling. All fucking superb but I'll give it to Mignolet. Did amazing in the most nerve racking position. My first thought was Sterling. Lad was everywhere. But you've gotta give it to Mignolet. When the OG went in it would have been so easy for him to just capitulate but he stood back up and made some crucial plays that steadied the ship and set us up for the win.

I can accept Liverpool have been the best side this season. It's a shit feeling but there is no denying it. Have to give them credit. There has not been any season in the EPL that a team won it that didn't deserve it.

All this is so premature  Is Stevie G the only guy that realises you've got 4 games still to play, not least one of them against Chelsea.
Honestly, willing to put my balls on the line and say Liverpool won't win the league this season. Quote me, sig me, you get to choose my avatar for a month if I'm wrong etc.

But there's no point in worrying about that if we can't beat Norwich. By that time City will have made up one of their games in hand and we'll have a better idea of where we stand too.

I think we're all aware that there is 4 games to play and if we drop a point the dream ends.

I just had a dream last night where Liverpool lost to Chelsea 2-1, and Suarez did jail time for biting off the referee's finger. My family have kind of had this thing over the years where we've been able to predict major world events in our dreams before they happen, so who knows?
