It would be good if we could control them like the Comments. think we can. just go to twitter feeds on the left. It's disappointing though because there is some good stuff on there, Lawrie McKinna's thoughts are interesting, but some people write some absolute tripe on there. i like adam peacocks tweets. also can we tell what our stats are like for traffic to the live coverage. For Chrissake.
Guys. Streams are Illegal. If you're commentating and someone asks for, and then posts a link to a stream, DON'T approve it.

Well it's probably pretty fortunate that Dejan was there, because my internet died for four hours just after the first North Korean goal. "Special comments" indeed!

I'll generally be online too. Though I don't have Foxtel, so I won't be able to commentate as such:p

Apparently it was 'scheduled yearly maintenance' or some nonsense - won't be happening again.
:D
I'm pretty sure Buddha put his hand up for Wednesday's game as he hasn't been able to do a game yet - but I think we're all pretty free to drop in and help each other out on commentaries if we're free and watching the game.

Yeah, Buddha is doing the midweek game.
While it's all good to have everyone drop in, it can probably get distracting for the main commentator and a bit overwhelming for people watching. So Feel free to drop in, but let the main guy commentate, and maybe just help out with approving comments and the occasional face or 'special comments'.

"Someone has already accepted this invite, please wait until they have finished using the console" or something like that.

You can definitely have more than one person logged in at any one time (you can actually have 25 on the go), but you can only have one session open per login. You may have had another session open in another window.
And by the way, unless your own typing is perfect, I really wouldn't rush to take the mickey out of Lawrie McKinna's like you did... ;)

No, I'm not. I'm off most weekends these days so I'm not available as back up. I may be watching the game, but I'm on a day off and trying to relax.

The weekends live updates have been great - very handy for a poor soul stuck at various family gatherings that Coveritlive also works on the iPhone.
Keep up the great work guys.

I'm watching and on the comp for about 90% of games I'd say, so if anything goes wrong I can jump on to help out.

us indians dont really plan ahead, so its a case of seeing how it goes. generally i will make myself avaialable for roar and socceroo games, so thats my first choices. im more likely to watch the roar as i will know the players over other teams, not so sure on who most of the other teams have tbh.
ill have to get to learn them all slowly.

Go to coveritlive and create an account. You can have practice runs on how it works. KA can then set you up on gameday. Can you PM KA your email address

Got this email: Quote:Your Live Event “Matchday” is in Standby Mode. In 24 hours if it is not restarted, it will be ended and an Instant Replay of existing content will be displayed. So I signed in and took it off standby, and then put it back on Standby. Hopefully that fixes it up. If you wanted to use a seperate console for next week just let it die, but I wasn't sure.

I created an account and had a practice. Made a scoreboard etc. It seems fairly intuitive.
