BALCATTA continued their flying start to the All Flags State League Premier Division with a 5-1 thrashing of Bayswater City, as round four of WA's top flight was completed over the weekend.

Hi Ryan. The NTC is the WA branch of the National Training Centre. As you say, it's for the development of young footballers, to provide them a career path within the game.
