Sydney Olympic can officially announce the signing of Takayuki Omi for the 1st Grade team for the 2011 Football NSW Premier League Season that commences this weekend with our first game against South Coast Wolves at Wollongong.

Takayuki or Tak as friends call him was born in Shiga - Japan on the 6th of October 1982 his position is attacking midfielder and played in New Zealand last year with Auckland City FC where he also played in the OFC-Champions League and for Young Heart Manawatu the previous season in the ASB Premiership where he also scored 2 goals for his team.

Tak was extremely happy to sign with Sydney Olympic and soon after signing his new contract he said the Sydney Olympic Media staff: “I am happy to be with Sydney Olympic, my friends told about the Club and I really wanted to play here. I will do my best for the Club and the coach that believed in me”.

The Directors of the Club would like to wish Takayuki all the best in the 2011 season and we hope he meets the expectations of the coaching staff and the supporters of our historic Club.

As a Greek, he should be the last person to ask for equal rights.

It's not as if your little are innocent.

As you can tell, i don't like to get into political arguements, but I will tear u apart in any arguement relating to Greek-FYROM relations and politics, including political and cultural rights.

Atleast Greeks are honest and openly say, we only recognise a Muslim minority and Greeks ;)

Well good to know you can tear people apart in arguments regarding Macedonia, because the Greek Government surely can't.

As for your comment that Greece only recognises its Muslim minority, that is correct, nobody disputes that. What the issue with that is, is the other minorities which Greece doesn't recognise and why it does not recognise them.

Does your government recognise a Greek minority?
