Initially this section was set up and slowly built up as a forum to discuss performance.
A number of punters view it without posting much. I know because I've been PMed by punters who post infrequently. Now is the time to come out and show your support for the efforts of some 442 members who have made positive contributions to discussion.
Unfortunately, the section has been derailed by two notorious trolls - both banned from the former TWGF, an achievement in itself. These guys are both retirees, with little else to occupy their time.
We seem to have lost input from Arthur, Aussiesrus and Andy J, who have all been harassed by the two trolls. They contributed to this being an interesting, constructive, productive and friendly section of 442, which reflected a level of camaraderie amongst punters interested in performance. Sharing of information was also carried out regularly and willingly.
Aussiesrus also had official 442 approval to start his ASA thread.
I for one greatly valued their positive input through noteworthy articles, delineating training regimes and making interesting, positive or constructive criticism of other posts.
The three aforementioned posters have all contributed to me being a better coach and mentor, by raising constructive points/articles/training ground exercises.
I have also learnt different training drills/perspectives from Krones and Dirk Van Adidas.
I have also learnt about differing levels of proactivity of FFA state branches through Forbze.
Localstar raises fair points which nearly always pose counter perspectives to mine.
General Ashnak, Magnificent 11, Nickk, Jets Fan, Ton Of Bricks, Heartinator, plus others, have all raised thoughtful comments about performance.
I have also learnt about scenarios occurring in different states.
It would be a shame to see this section of the forum ruined by the forces of darkness. They are essentially counterproductive - only posting negative and facetious comments, never proffering any training ground regimes, never posting any interesting links to videos/articles, never starting any constructive threads. They generally try to disrupt, hijack, troll, insult, derail productive discussion through facetious, cynical and mischievous intent.
At the same time I acknowledge the right of freedom of speech and the right to pose counter perspectives and sometimes the difficulty for 442 mods in administering the 442 charter.
I have also been told that there are some other 442 members, equally as rude and obnoxious as these two trolls. They must primarily post in Extra Time or somewhere on this forum I rarely frequent.
If you are concerned about the degeneration of the Performance Section, please add your comment here. Hopefully, it will be the last time we have to waste time on a negative subject.

442 Admin and mods find it difficult to ban the two trolls from the forces of darkness under forum guidelines for protocol. I now ignore every one of their posts.
I skip past either of those two names in any thread. I have no idea what they say anymore because I never read what they say.
One of them in particular can't handle being ignored. I encourage others to skip past their posts too. There is rarely any constructive football content.
Remember the haters have to hate.
