Does anyone have any good links or videos for good Football strength training program. I would like it to incorporate shoulders, biceps, chest and abs. Videos would be really appreciated.

Seriously though my boys do nippers in the off season and apart from them having heaps of fun it is a sport that builds natutal strength with lots of board paddling and swimming. It also takes the pressure off their legs bit. I didn't realise how much pressure football puts on young kids legs from quite an early age.
