I think Serie B is a good place to find players. They have experience and are still playing in good quality competition. But i would rather his former team-mate Adailton. Look up his Adailton on Youtube and you'll see why. I think the best places though to get players are Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Japan and Korea (steal Japan and Korea's brazilians).
