Everton are going to have to battle off reported interest from Italy for their star player Tim Cahill who is wanted by Juventus.

The Australian Captain has been a revelation at Everton since his move from Millwall in 2004 and has scored 54 goals in 204 appearances and earning his place amongst the supporters team of the year on several occasions and has constantly been Everton’s savior though he was linked with a move away from Goodison Park after their financial situation has resulted in selling key players and Sunderland and Chelsea were rumoured to be interested in the 31-year-old.

Reports in Italy are suggesting that Juventus are interested in bringing the Australian international to Turin and are working on a financial package and its thought that Manager Antonio Conte will send scouts to watch the player who would find the lure of Juventus far to strong given their aim to return to Champions League football, something Cahill himself has said he wants to taste again as a player.

Cahill will not come cheap even though his advancing years mean he is coming to the later stages of his career and a bid of around £15million should be enough to persuade Everton to sell.

Would be a brilliant deal for him and hope it happens
