I thought this is a bit old fashioned, primarily focused on young kids, whereas the Chelsea, Dutch Ajax and Arsenal Academies are good with ages 10 to adults. The Liverplool academy has reasonable diagrams.
Exercise 11, Zidane/Side Moves is a good exercise, but rather than just use those four suggested techniques, use any number of dribbling techniques.
Progression. As players advance, asks them to move backwards and forwards with a partner from one side of the pitch to the other. Then they change roles. Defensive players cannot tackle , just keep about 1-2 metres away. The defensive player works on jockeying position - side on and on the toes.
Drill 11 One Touch Finish would have been a good one for Krones' player who needed to work on his shooting first time from outside the penalty box. I was trying to explain this, but the diagram helps. Whoever the coach was who suggested this area the player needed to work on should have devised a drill like the one in the Liverpool diagram in drill 11.
