About four months after sending an email I received details about the KNVB English language course in Holland.
Cheapest fare is about $3000 accommodation included, for a share room for three. This is cheaper than the FFA centralised Advanced Coaching courses in Australia, but nowhere near as cheap as the regional ones.
It takes place from August 2nd -13th.
There is a visit to a Dutch club academy , but it doesn't specify which one.
The C Licence goes into more detail in four phase training and conditioning (Raymond Verheijen periodisation) than the KNVB training I did in the KNVB Youth Certificate. However, I think the KNVB provides a more rounded football education and covers more in terms of setting up teams in defensive structures and overall defending principles.
If interested, PM me and I'll email you the link.

The KNVB course was brilliant, it was a perfect lead in towards the Advanced Licences.
The details behind the KNVB philosophy many would not understand maybe never.
