@Dacentric - Sorry for delay in response have been away for 1 week and just got back.
I will get you some further information and send it to you privately or post it on the forum with regards to Player Development/Progress.
Re Videos on site - at the moment I have posting videos every now and then, but hopefully coaches of the community will get on-board and posts their favourites also when this area is final.
