The club I am involved with (in the ESFA comp) is greatly focused on skills. Over the past few years I have seen more and more technical players come through from U8s all the way through to U12s. My 11 y/o is one such example. I am coaching technique, passing and structure, and my U12s don't go to the toilet without the ball. We have a wonderful TD who oversees it and has implemented this mindset.

In short, hang in there Krones, I know what it feels like to be a lone voice in the wilderness. Just focus on making your team as technically proficient as possible. If U12 other teams arent't a challenge ask to have yours put into the U13.

Best of luck mate.
