So, whilst looking up some stuff about model rockets i found this on the Workcover NSW site

"The licensed pyrotechnician must notify WorkCover seven working days before any fireworks, distress signal or model rocket propellant device is used"

What chance does someone have a setting off a flare at a game when you need to give 7 days notice to set one off legally!
Bad luck if you didnt fill out the paperwork before your ship went down!
