When referring to a tournament:

Year/Federation (if relevant)/Age group(if relevant)

Eg.
2014 FIFA World Cup
2014 AFC U-16 Championship
2014 FFA Cup
2014-15 A-League

Not:
World Cup 2015
AFC 2014 U-16 Championship
