The new Brisbane Roar logo fails the National Identity Policy criteria. What now?

Just to be clear. I am completely against the National Identity Policy (NIP).
I feel it is exclusionary, bigoted and infringes on the right to free speech and freedom of identity - basically a slap in the face to the multiculturalism and openness the FFA supposedly preaches.
The new Brisbane Roar logo does infringe the policy and if you ask me is a perfect example of why the policy should be repealed
