This is about boxing, but in essence it's about sport, or rather the first bit, which I found interesting and on a personal note, pertinant.
Like a boxer, a striker needs to stop dwelling on things, over thinking, they need to get in there and stop being a pussy, as this bloke puts it. I do believe confidence makes a huge impact to success in sport, but it's how one reacts when their having a bad game that counts, it's what seperates Sampras or Ronaldo from the rest and is what needs to be tought. Yes I pointed out striker, becuase it's the most obvious.
