A teenage Perth boy has died after suffering severe heatstroke during Monday's 44-degree scorcher.
The 15 year old collapsed and was taken to hospital on Monday.

Channel 9 reported this story tonight in Perth.
Their report has the boy playing rugby at Curtin Uni at 6.30pm Monday and said it was 34 degrees.
He was not hit playing rugby, nor unconscious, but suffered severely with the heat and taken to hospital.
Today he died.

But so long as the FFA and others can bury their heads in the sand, say they follow all the best practices, and so on.
YOU ARE WRONG.

(and by the way, our fixtures for Friday April 10 say we play at 7.45pm in Perth)

How sad, I agree something needs to be done before someone else dies

very very sad needs to be a no play temp set across Australia.

And work too ? What about banning people from being outside also? Is that what you want mein fuhrer

there is a set temp foe workers outside and its 36 .

Anti Union rant in 3, 2...

those people who tell them to harden the f up , need to work outside or in a hot factory to actually know what it does to the body. Those in offices have got it easy
