According to Twitter the deal was supposed to be done today but will now be done next week.
Euro based international striker, Phoenix are spending the sale fee for Burns plus his wage so should be a marquee.

Jeffrey Sarpong confirmed.
27 year old played most of his career in the Eredivisie and La Liga.
