Aussie rock was so accessible. Down at the local after work, maybe on Friday nights. You could literally talk to Bon or Angus, have a yarn to Angry, Jimmy or Mossy, try to sing Fall of Rome with Aussie Crawl. Those were the days.

Every Thursday night and Weekend's at Caringbah inn during the early eighties , great band after great band. Sunday Sessions at Northies, Saturday night at Cronulla Workers. And the bunch of local bands doing it hard at small Bistro's like Bogies in Miranda. During my youth years I was presented with a wealth of Aussie talent, good times.

Daves place or it used to be known still have sone old bands like 1927 do an encore gig now and then
