Competition Format
Four groups of four - working out who goes in which group will be outlined below. Each team plays every team in their group in the first 3 match days.

Playing Squads
Each team will have Five players each. It will run on auction, as the FEPL did. You will be given a budget of 20million for these players. As such, a bid of 17mil will automatically win a player, but will only leave you with 1mil for the remaining 3 players.

Auction Process
Auctions will run for 3 days (open for debate if you want longer/shorter) from the time of the first bid. When this period has expired, if there have been no bids in the last 12 hours, the player is won. If there has been a bid, the expiration gets pushed back until there has been a 12 hour period where there have been no bids. (again, let us know if you think it should be shorter/longer)

Knockout Rounds
Now here's where it gets interesting - after the first 3 match days, two teams will qualify out of each group, while 2 are eliminated. KO round Fixtures will be randomly generated (so, winner of group A wont necessarily play runner up in group B - but they will be seeded, so winners will play runner ups)


After the first knockout happens, the teams that have progressed will be able to pick up ONE player each from the teams that have been eliminated. (It is not yet decided in which order this will happen - whether teams who did the best/worst in the groups will get favour, or whether it will be a totally random draw. Let us know your thoughts)
