Towards the end they say they need a recognizable style from the juniors up to the national team. They also say its better to have a flawed style and a flawed system than no style at all. They just have to decide



We have attempted to do that so we will be an interesting case study whether this works over the next 10 years

Given the Americans have so many players playing  quasi pro level through their college system, they produce relatively poor national teams an deployers. This is  particularly apparent  in the female milieu where they should dominate like they do in basketball.
