I expect you'll be waiting till if and when this 2nd Div movement is really on the track and a direction is in place.
Nothing can be discussed or mooted till there is financial support one from the FFA or whoever they might be IF involved.
The State Associations again IF involved.
Then IF a major sponser is signed up or more kicking in funding + I would expect Clubs all together need to kick in the can as well.
Then you can only discuss or bring up a wage structure from players etcetc.....
Am I getting this gist right ?
