By slowest fast bowler I mean someone who is picked in FC cricket as a specialist quick, not an all rounder, who bowls the slowest. I know for a long time a while back it would have been Adam Dale who had a long career bowling in the low to mid 120s.
My guess is Joe Mennie but it is only a guess.
