this is a brilliant show on netflix it's in spanish but they have english subtitles.

really worth checking out for the characters and the way they show admin off the field side of the sport

I really enjoyed "Pitch", a TV series about a female pitcher stepping up to play in the MLB.
Unfortunately it was cancelled after just 1 season, but it likewise showed in interesting view "behind the scenes" in American sport.
