I do recall Pasquali was used off the bench for a little time, I dont think he even started a game before he went to Ajax.

In general apart from Thomas Deng, I think Victory have a poor track record when it comes to developing young players into the first team.

Ive seen with the likes of Negro, Waring etc get little chances and recently Josh Hope who was destined for bigger things but given he's lack of game time since he's debut he looks to have regressed, this is the same player that came out from the AIS and now at 22 looks to be a shadow of himself.

Victory better be careful that the likes of Kirdar, LLL or whoever don't fall on the same way side previous players have experienced.

Agreed lets hope these passed few games have opened the eyes of not only victory but all clubs.
