Several news outlets reporting that 16 clubs voted yes and only 3 voted no with chelsea abstaining

Particularly interesting since people here have worried how p and r would work with a salary cap

Doesn't look like this would really do much. The majority of clubs seem to already spend under that proposed figure. The usual suspects will still be winning those valuable champions league spots more often than not.
exactly .... half a billion pound salary "cap"?? C'mon its just a push to get some accountability around breaches in FFP by the CFG and how unfair the other clubs find competing against something that just flouts the rules without repercussion... Give it City winning the prem another 2-3 seasons in a row and the EPL will eventually either fold or restructure... They take football seriously over there.
