Guys & Gals

Does anyone have any experience to pass on for tips on getting kids noticed? Living in a rural area kids are continually overlooked based on geographical location. As they reach later teenage years and go past national level for juniors which finishes at U16 (Qld) how can they be seen without moving?
I would have no problem moving but only after securing some type of arrangement. Moving first without having anything is a big commitment.
My questions relates to Girls but tips would be the same for both sexes.

Any ideas?

Silvergale, in Newcastle, there is a new competition running, and is only in its first year (for females). I THINK, but don't quote me on it, that it might be a way of getting local girls into the W-League side. In it are some pretty decent clubs who also have mens teams in the NBN NNSW state league.

If you're interested in a link I can give you with the list of clubs and contacts etc, just PM me and I'll only be too happy to try and help out.
